Summary:
The Site Manager will be responsible and accountable for all required deliverables, inclusive of budget, schedule, and subcontract management, and will coordinate appropriate information flow among key stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
This role interacts internally and externally, daily and with people from various levels of the organization.
Primary
Responsibilities:
oWork closely with Client to execute maintenance of site, provide overall management to site activitiesoProvides technical and operational direction to field supervision and be a key on-site liaison with client representatives, subcontractors, and suppliersoMaintains strong working relationships at job site, with client representatives, subcontractors, suppliers, and labor forceoCoordinate all resource requirements such as personnel, materials and equipment required for site maintenance servicesoCoordinates activities and ensures duties are responsibilities of direct hires and subcontractors are understood and complied withoProvide plans addressing cost, scheduling and other details relating to maintenance executionoAssumes responsibility for profile and loss.
oAids and develop the execution organization for turnarounds.
oMonitor progress of maintenance and turnaround activities and hold regular meetings with all teams involvedoEnsures Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures are adhered to, including supporting the projects commitment.
oCompletes quality control audits to ensure quality expectations are adhered tooEncourage a team atmosphere, manage issues and develops solutions to address issuesoPerform other related duties as required
Qualifications:
oDiploma from an accredited technical institution or an Engineering Degree or Technical DiplomaoMust have management experience, with a strong mechanical backgroundoExperience in maintenance planning and turnaround execution and deliveryoExperience in having profit and loss responsibilityoSubcontractor management experienceoSmall capital construction management experience is an assetoAbility to read and understand primavera schedulingoAbility to report progress completion on small capital workoExperience managing multi-disciplined workforce in the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical IndustriesoLeadership Safety Excellence and/or Field Supervisory Training considered an assetoExcellent problem solving and communication skillsoAbility to read and understand contractsoAbility to think and act professionally in pressure situationsoGood communication, sound conflict resolution and teamwork skillsoProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management and scheduling software, including online tools.
oKnowledge and experience with CMMS (Empac and SAP preferred) Recommended Skills Auditing Communication Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Conflict Resolution Construction Management Contract Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
